New Hampshire Antiques Dealers Assn. offers Americana selection, Jan. 6

On Thursday, January 6, starting at 6 pm Eastern time, Jasper52 will hold a sale dubbed New Hampshire Antiques Dealers: Americana. It will feature more than 5oo lots exclusively from members of the venerable organization. Among the treasures included in the lineup are an early 18th-century Hudson Valley William & Mary gate leg dining table; a yellow pine mid-18th-century coastal Virginia corner cupboard; a circa-1880 boat store sign from Maine; a centennial miniature portrait of Abraham Lincoln on stone; a 1940s cast iron boot jack in the form of a lobster; a mid-18th-century Connecticut barrel back architectural corner cupboard; a circa-1790 Lancaster County tall chest of drawers; a mid-20th-century bar sign from Ellicot City, Maryland, listing the nationalities of the beers on offer; a matching pair of penguin sculptures carved from soapstone; a circa-1720 steep-sided Bristol delft punch bowl; an 1805 needlework sampler from Massachusetts; and a large circa-1930 pearlware plate featuring an image of Napoleon Bonaparte.
